General Meetings are held quarterly at 7:00 pm at the Leon Valley Library. Guests are welcome.

All Committee Meetings are held regularly including grant-writing, fund-raising and Natural Area Committees.  Members are notified by the current Chairperson.

Board Meetings are held second Thursday of each month and as needed when  urgent business is pending.  The President notifies board members of the time and place for the meeting. Board Meetings are open to member of the historical society.  Board Meetings are open to invited guests.
